The Executive Chairman of Jos East Local Government Area, Plateau State, Hon. Markus Usaini Nyam Allie’s Kaunda, marked his 49th birthday with a celebration held at the LGA Secretariat, turning the occasion into a platform for meaningful empowerment and development.
In a remarkable display of foresight and commitment to community welfare, Hon. Nyam unveiled a series of impactful donations aimed at improving the lives of constituents and strengthening local systems. Highlights of the event include:
•Distribution of 10,000 educational books to primary schools across the LGA to support learning and boost academic performance.
•Gift of wrappers to widows, as a gesture of compassion and inclusion.
• Provision of blankets to the elderly, offering warmth and comfort, particularly in cold seasons.
• Donation of motorbikes to local security agencies, enhancing mobility and rapid response capabilities in the area.
•Additional motorbikes donated to party ward leaders, to strengthen grassroots political mobilization and coordination.
• Presentation of a Sharon vehicle to the LGA party structure, aimed at improving party logistics and operational efficiency.
