In a recent video, popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) announced his intention to report Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) for selling miracle soap and water to his church members.
This action comes after a video surfaced showing Pastor Fufeyin promoting these products, claiming they cure suffering and transform lives. He also asserted that the products have NAFDAC approval numbers.
VeryDarkMan expressed his disapproval of this practice and stated that he would file a petition at the NAFDAC office. He demanded that NAFDAC provide the criteria on which they approved these products, emphasizing the need for transparency and accountability.
In his video, VeryDarkMan (VDM) elaborates on his understanding of NAFDAC’s procedures, stating that the agency typically inquires about the product’s purpose and requires details on its ingredients.
He challenges Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin to explain the components of the miracle soap and water, which Fufeyin claims can cure suffering and transform lives.
VDM criticizes Pastor Fufeyin for allegedly using his divine calling to sell products to his congregation, questioning the ethical implications of such actions.
He asserts that if NAFDAC fails to respond to his petition, it would indicate a hypocritical stance on their part.
VDM’s message includes the following points:
“Pastor Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, I am taking your soap to the NAFDAC office, and you must come and explain the ingredients you added to your miracle soap and water that cure sufferings and turn people’s lives around.”
He adds:
“@nafdac_ng, I will come to your office later to drop a petition. You must tell us the ingredients they use in making soap that cures suffering since he is saying you approved it.
As a pastor who claims God called him, you are selling powers that God gave you for free to your members? @nafdac_ng, prepare, since you all want to be part of such dubious things.”
VDM’s intent is to hold both Pastor Fufeyin and NAFDAC accountable, ensuring that the public receives transparent and truthful information regarding these miracle products.
