Music star Wizkid has continued his feud with fellow artist Davido, launching another attack on him and his associate, Tunde Ednut. Using the platform X (formerly known as Twitter), Wizkid responded to a fan who expressed concern about Davido’s feelings by saying, “E no go better for Davido and his feelings!” after the fan speculated about how Davido might react to Wizkid’s tweets.
In another tweet, Wizkid refuted claims that he wanted to reconcile with Davido, asserting that it was Davido who was pursuing him.
He clarified that a viral video showing them together in a club happened because Davido intruded on an event hosted by one of his DJs, DJ Skyla, in Lagos.
Wizkid commented, “He looks for me everywhere I go like a fanboy he is! This was an event for one of my DJs, DJ Skyla, in Lagos! We no invite dem!”
A fan also mentioned Tunde Ednut’s alleged disrespect toward Wizkid, urging him to respond. In his reply, Wizkid made light of the situation, suggesting that Tunde Ednut needed healing from the Chosen church, humorously referencing Ednut’s physical condition: “lol actually love all the promotions they do for me. That one needs healing from the chosen church for him one leg up! We don’t diss disables!”
Last night, Wizkid reignited his rivalry with Davido while announcing the release of his first single of the year. Responding to an X user who questioned if he could release a song without dissing Davido, Wizkid took aim at his fellow artist, stating that he doesn’t “beef with wack niggas” and referred to Davido as a man with “no talent.” He even gave Davido a new name, “Frigodo,” and boldly declared that no one could challenge him, “till infinity.”
The relationship between Davido and Wizkid has been turbulent over the years. Although it seemed they had reconciled when Wizkid expressed a desire to tour with Davido two years ago, following the tragic loss of Davido’s son, the peace didn’t last. In April, Wizkid threw the first shot, sparking a new chapter in their ongoing feud.
The situation escalated, with Davido accusing Wizkid of domestic abuse toward his girlfriend and baby mama, Jada Pollock, while Wizkid mocked Davido for allegedly begging for s#x from one of his many side chicks.
