Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has paid a condolence visit to the Kano State Government and the families of the 16 hunters who tragically lost their lives in an attacked in Uromi.
Speaking at the Government House, Governor Okpebholo described the incident as heartbreaking and confirmed that 14 suspects were involved.
He assured that justice would be served, and the families of the victims would receive the necessary support.Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has urged Governor Okpebholo to ensure that the perpetrators face the full weight of the law.
Governor Yusuf also called on the federal government to publicly disclose the identities of those arrested in connection with the killings and to ensure that compensation is provided to the families of the deceased.
