On a memorable day, the esteemed Rt Hon. Dewan K Gabriel, the Speaker of the Plateau State 10th Assembly, stepped into the spotlight as he represented the Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, during a significant event at the School of Nursing, Vom.
