‘We Must Reclaim Our Rightful Position In 2027’ – PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Northwest has reaffirmed its commitment to reclaiming power in 2027. Following a strategic meeting, PDP Northwest Chairman Senator Bello Hayatu Gwarzo emphasized the party’s determination to restore its national influence.

Acknowledging the setbacks of the 2023 elections, the party highlighted its strong grassroots support and the increasing national sentiment favoring the PDP, stressing that unity is key to victory in 2027.

Gwarzo urged members to resolve internal disputes swiftly, stating that Nigerians are looking to the PDP for leadership. He called for collective efforts to regain control at both state and national levels, reaffirming the party’s goal of providing quality leadership.

The meeting was attended by notable PDP figures, including former Kaduna State Governor Senator Ahmed Makarfi, former Kano State Governor Senator Ibrahim Shekarau, PDP’s Jigawa gubernatorial candidate Mustapha Sule Lamido, Senator Lado Dan Marke, Hon. Isa Ashiru Kudan, Hon. Ango Abdullahi, and the PDP National Youth Leader.
