The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially presented a Certificate of Return to Sunday Garba Biggs, confirming his emergence as the party’s governorship candidate for the 2027 Plateau State Governorship Election.
The presentation was made during the National Working Committee (NWC) stakeholders meeting, which brought together state chairmen, party elders, members of the Board of Trustees (BOT), and governorship candidates across the country.
